Medical Aesthetics Treatments
At his clinic in Mezitli/Mersin, Dr. Doğan Uysal offers medical aesthetics treatments across the following headings: botulinum toxin (Botox), dermal fillers, mesotherapy, salmon DNA (polynucleotides / PDRN), skin revitalisation injections, PDO thread lift, skin rejuvenation, liquid facelift and hair treatments. Every treatment is planned individually after an in-person consultation. Results vary from person to person. Any treatment plan is subject to physician assessment.
Botulinum toxin (Botox) treatment
Botulinum toxin injections temporarily relax the mimic muscles; the aim is a softer appearance of expression lines on the forehead, around the eyes and around the mouth. The effect is temporary and gradually wears off.
Dermal filler (hyaluronic acid filler)
Hyaluronic acid-based filler injections are used to support volume in the lips, cheekbones, jawline and under-eye area. When necessary, hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase; suitability and planning are decided at the consultation.
Mesotherapy
Vitamin, mineral, amino acid and hyaluronic acid blends delivered into the middle layer of the skin (mesoderm) are used to support skin hydration and skin quality. The number of sessions and the formulation are planned individually.
Salmon DNA (polynucleotides / PDRN)
Polynucleotide (PDRN / PN)-based treatments use DNA fragments obtained from salmon. They are chosen to support skin elasticity, density and vitality; individual response varies.
Skin revitalisation injection (skin booster)
Concentrated hyaluronic acid formulas enriched with vitamins and peptides (known in Turkey as "gençlik aşısı") are used to support the skin's ability to retain moisture. It is one of the treatments considered for dry and tired-looking skin.
PDO thread lift
In this non-surgical method, absorbable PDO threads are placed beneath the skin; they are used to provide support in the appearance of mild to moderate sagging. The treatment also aims to stimulate the collagen response.
Skin rejuvenation
Chemical peeling, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and device-assisted applications are combined to help renew the skin texture and even out the skin tone. The method and session plan are determined based on the findings from the consultation.
Liquid facelift (PLLA / CaHA)
PLLA- and CaHA-based biostimulator applications aim to stimulate the body's own collagen production. The effect appears gradually; its duration and level vary from person to person. The treatment and follow-up plan are determined through a physician's assessment.
Hair treatments
In Mersin, hair mesotherapy and hair PRP applications are used to evaluate hair loss and to support the hair roots. The protocol is planned according to the type of hair loss and the findings from the consultation.
